Hello — I'm Sarah
Soul Lighthouse did not begin as a business. It began as my own way home.
I am a mother of six. Before this, I moved through worlds that could not feel more different from light language and Reiki — the structure of corporate life, and the intensity of emergency medicine. I have known high-pressure rooms, and the long, invisible work of raising a family.
That blend is exactly what I bring to this work. I am an energy practitioner, and I hold this as something sacred — but I am also grounded, practical, and unshockable. I have no interest in spiritual bypassing or performative positivity. I believe in gentleness and in nervous systems; in mystery and in real life — held together.
If you are sensitive, intuitive, and tired of carrying everything alone, I understand. I am not here to fix you. I am here to walk beside you, holding a steady light while you find your own way home.
